♥ Who: Lup + Close CR (who will be contacted! <3)
♥ Where: Lup's house
♥ When: start of August
♥ What: A ladies (kinda) night, the redux!
♥ Rating: PG and up, probably
Those who Lup deigned to grace with an invitation will receive one at random: that at the recipient's convenience if they so desire, they are invited to join her in what she is calling (without explanation) a Pocket Dimension Party. As per the instructions, any time within the next 24 hours, they can enter through the garden back door and "find the cat".
Should one accept the invitation and follow those instructions, they can find Ditto curled up in the grass beside the house, dozing, though at the arrival of any visitor he perks up and stretches. Rubbing up against their legs, Ditto will head over to a section of the wall and paw at a corner, until a door abruptly glimmers into existence and opens for him. He meows plaintively and waits. Go on in! Just close the door behind you.
Inside the doorway, visitors will find… a mansion. Elaborately decorated, warm, and inviting, it is like entering a rich and immaculate house that someone's taken a lot of time and TLC to make perfect. No one greets them as they enter, but if they call for attention and no one is in the immediate vicinity, a semi-transparent spectral servant will arrive and guide them to Lup. Otherwise, they are free to explore the house and make use of the facilities as they please.
The following areas are available:
More details to be added as needed! This is a mingle free-for-all, there is no set schedule. Visitors can come and go as they please for 24 hours, and at the end of the spell anyone still inside will be summarily booted out into the garden.

The following areas are available:
- An extravagant entrance hall with soft wood paneling and fancy art on the walls
- A lounge area with big fluffy couches, pillows, and blankets, as well as a projection screen that works with communicators and whatever digital media Lup is familiar with, or a music mix in lieu of said media being played
- A full-service kitchen and dining area, where a collection of spectral servants (features to be determined) will upon request cook any meal a person desires, assuming they (and by association Lup) are familiar with the recipe and ingredients. It's all delicious, too!
- A sizable basement with regenerating training dummies, various targets, and more servants who will act as moving targets on request. They can't be hurt, but they can move around freely.
- A big and beautiful spa with all the soaps and pampering material that anyone could ask for
- A "pet room", AKA a room devoted to toys, climbing shelves, cat trees- whatever an animal might want to stay entertained for hours unsupervised

We should be fine. My understanding is that it would only return us to the area in which the door has been placed, in some abrupt manner. However it lasts a day, so we have time yet.

She smiles. ]
A full day of the luxury spa treatment, at that!

[ But that is because she is Sentimental, and had gone out of her way to make sure that Lup could access it again. ]

[ Because of course, she'll bring that back to Lup, every time. Funny that she might mention flowers, however; if she takes a closer look at Honerva's hair she might notice, it's been freshly pulled back into a braid, adorned with red sylleblossoms. ]
no subject
Oh, Honerva. Those flowers-- [ She straightens. ]

[ To be fair, Honerva was sitting on the floor and Pyra was some distance away. Though it takes her a moment, to register that Pyra was likely talking about what was in her hair than whatever sort of flower garden Lup might conjure up, but why did she seem surprised... ]
You are... familiar with these?
no subject
[ She tilts her head to the side. ] They look nice on you. You received them from someone?
no subject
[ He'd given her the choice, but she left it to him. Red flowers just somehow seemed a popular complement for her hair. ]
no subject
[ She smiles, nodding, her expression wistful. ]
He did a wonderful job. It's art.
no subject
[ Not too long ago, yet with all that had happened since it did feel... further away. ]
no subject
Pyra replies softly. ]
...I like these flowers better.
no subject
Is it that they bear some meaning for you?
no subject
Before he left... Somnus gave me some. Blues, whites, and reds...
[ She smiles gently, her voice equally soft. ] I gave some of them to Ardyn.
no subject
[ But she understands, the weight of the meaning. She was reminded of Somnus, who had been sent away from this world. A gift then given twice over, to Ardyn, who favored them, only to decorate her hair. ]
Thank you for sharing them.

[ Certainly they might yet live while she could still sense them in her hair, but removing them was another. ]
no subject
[ There are many in her mish-mash of a garden. She's learned to care for them through practice... as if she would let all of them wilt at once. ] And you're welcome to them....
As well as the-- [ A pause, hesitant. ] The flowers of your world, too.
no subject
... the juniberries.
[ She knows Pyra still has them, after so many months, when she could not bring herself to ask of them and that perhaps the other felt she should not mention. This remnant of her own history, while others here were comforted by the sight of their own blossoms. As Ardyn may have been, to share them like this. ]
Perhaps I have left them in your care for too long, but you are better suited to the care of such things.
no subject
[ While speaking, she's looking carefully at Honerva. The glance away, the way her ears droop tell Pyra that the she's uncomfortable at the very least. Perhaps this topic is too sensitive. ]
They smell very nice. And have berries... I'm uncertain if they can be harvested.
no subject
Her phrasing stirs a thought, however. ]
... I cannot fully remember... but there may have been a tradition around harvesting them.
[ A tradition... a festival? She knew... this flower represented much, for that world, but she can't deny she hadn't thought of it until recently, when Era spoke of her pomegranates and caleumfruit. ]
no subject
If you want to gather them together... [ She starts, stops, then starts again. ] I wouldn't mind.
no subject
... not an option.
She's quiet for a moment, letting Pyra's words sink in even if she's still... not visibly comfortable. ]
... Perhaps.
[ It's a thoughtful tone that she takes. Even the scent of them is sweet but haunting. ]
I have denied them for long enough. It would not be wrong to... see how they've thrived.
no subject
Then, whenever you'll be willing... the juniberries will be there for you.
