[OPEN] Intro/July Catch-all

001: ARE YOU READY, BUDDY?
(Taken from here, combination of Prompt II and V)

"I'll leave it to you!!"

That was the only thing that was said to both you and Yuuji before one of the robot priests push you against him. No further explanations but a firm clack of the door lock, meaning the two of you are on your own now. In your pockets were a tiny sheet of paper that said, 'Get to Know the City: The Great Havenwell Hunt!', followed by a short instruction on how to access the network page of the Scavenger's Hunt.

"Welp, 'guess we just gotta do it then. Maybe we can sightsee as we go?" Yuuji offers a stupid grin as he says so.

When you both access it, you'll see a list of missions given to you. Select up to 3 quests, from the following list (indicate in your tag which missions you decide on OR you can also reveal it as we go):

MISSIONS

01.	Take a picture with your buddy in front of where the offworlders saved our city. We would not be alive without you! *
02.	Eight arms outstretched to protect our home, take a picture with you and a friend emulating their poses.
03.	A magical helmet only the offworlders can use. Put it on and find yourself somewhere completely new! Bring the receipt of a game played to complete this item.
04.	Though they fly in the sky, they drop not feathers but scales. Take a picture with one to complete this quest!
05.	Small but mighty, don't underestimate their strength in numbers. And they do have the greatest numbers. Take a picture with five or more of these cute little creatures to complete this quest!
06.	Their piercing blue gaze can see the purity of your heart and their wings can help you reach the heights you deserve. Take a picture with one of these in order to complete this quest!
07.	Languid though they may seem, these cunning beasts can become mighty hunters in an instant. But they seem rather weak to things that swish. Take a picture with two or more of these animals in order to complete this quest!
08.	A brand new world may reside in what seems like a small box. Sit down and enjoy the ride - make sure to keep the receipt!
09.	Life imitates art, or art imitates life? Get a pen and paper, and emulate the beautiful creatures of Havenwell (min: two).
10.	Any other ideas for missions? Go ahead and add one (or more) of your own! You can also run them through me first if you'd prefer to. Feel free to PM this account of PP @ tsubo!

* Presuming only those who were present during said event would know what this is about, it'll be easier to solve if it was someone who was there at the time. Of course, if you'd like them to figure it out somehow anyway, or don't mind them failing the mission, anyone's more than welcome to select this one!

HUNT ANSWERS

01.	Go to the slightly off-colored section of the city wall toward the south where the breach from the October event happened.
02.	Pose in front of the the main town square's statue fountain that depicts the four gods of Havenwell.
03.	Go to any of the city's the VR cafes in the Entertainment Districts and play a game with a friend. They'll send an electronic receipt to your communicator to prove you participated. Find more information about the VR offerings here.
04.	Go to Rawna's temple and take a picture with a dragonling.
05.	Go to Ainea's temple and take a picture with five or more mice.
06.	Go to Diacht's temple and take a picture with a white and red crow.
07.	Go to Ohma's temple and take a picture with two or more of the cats. It cannot be the cats from Affurgato!
08.	Watch a movie at the theatres! You will receive an electronic receipt on your communicator after you leave the theatre.
09.	Go to one of the zoos or the botanical garden, and draw at least two different kinds of flora and/or fauna that you find interesting!

002: YOU'RE STUCK WITH ME, I GUESS
(Taken from here, Prompt III)

[ Ah yes, nothing quite like getting into a sticky situation with a stranger (a friend, or maybe an acquaintance, if you will) in a warm weather. You may be just minding your own business when Yuuji bumps into you. You may be just trying to get them doras by randomly holding a passerby's hand (which happens to be Yuuji's). It could be anything, but you're just... inconveniently stuck with this sunshine boy which makes it even swelteringly hot. ]

Haha! What's this? A Havenwall prank?

003: WEST TIGER TO THE RESCUE!

[ It's one of those days when things don't seem to work well for you. Maybe you have too many things in hand to handle on your own. Maybe you spilled something on your own shirt. Maybe you're in the middle of some eating contest and really need to win. It can be whatever, but your character seems to be obviously (or not) troubled. Yuuji will notice this and try to interfere! ]

Sup! Need some help there?

[ Feel free to shoo him away, but he's here to help it you need it! ]

004: TANGERINE SUNSET

[ Even for someone who's usually loud, Yuuji has times when he just wants to sit and stare into nothing. You may find him at different places at different times. It's usually sometime before when the sun is about to set - it can be at the roof of his own house, or one of the taller buildings in town. He's just sitting there, watching the orange-tinted sky, and when he notices your presence, he'll talk to you. His responses will vaguely change, depending on how you're entering the space: ]

"....."

Hey there. The sight up here's real pretty, right? Haha, I've never thought it could be so relaxing just to looking at the sun setting.

"What are you doing up here?"

Just looking at the sunset! It's pretty, right? Wanna sit here with me?

"Get the hell off my roof/building!!!"

Whoa! So, sorry! Give me 5 minutes? I'll get off here after that!!

"This is my space."

Oh, sorry... Can we share? Just for today!

((ooc: Zenitsu definitely was not around during October, so 1 is out! He'd be able to answer #2, #3, and #6 though!))

[ Zenitsu is definitely a victim here. He was just doing his morning run around the city! And ended up near the temple Yuuji woke up in! And before he could even get his Breath of Thunder quick step out of the area, he's grabbed and forced to stay in the spot. ]

Huh? Excuse me? Someone, please explain to me what's going on—?!

[ His questions die as they're not answered, and he's left trying to reach for one of the robot priests to come back as they all leave, leaving the two alone.

He warily looks over at the other, confusion and fear painted all over his face. ]

Sightseeing... Uhm, I guess we can do that...

( OOC: Sweet!! Do you want them to do all three or is there any other ones that you'd like them to try too? )

Oh? If it ain't Agatsuma! Yo!!

[ It won't be a problem for Yuuji whether or not he knows this person, but it's always extra nice to see a familiar face! ]

Yeah!! We can follow the instructions and look around while we're at it!! Let's see... "Eight arms outstretched to protect our home, take a picture with you and a friend emulating their poses." Eight arms?!

[ He thinks for a moment. ]

Hmm... All I can think of is that Buddha statue with many arms... Did that have eight...?

(OOC: they can certainly try!! Yuuji, be the leader you're born to be!!!)

[ Zenitsu gives a shier greeting back when he receives one, but his focus returns to the task at hand. There's not much else to do at the moment, so he's going to help out trying to answer them!

Zenitsu's also a procrastinator so who knows how long this will last before he's off trying to slack off.

Either way, he's giving Yuuji a worried look regarding his comment about the Buddha statue. ]

I'd be super scared and hiding if a Buddha statue suddenly showed up here all of a sudden...

[ Especially being with barely anything remotely close to Japanese things for six months. Which brings him to the next thought process. ]

Uhm... The robot-people here's been saying that the gods protect this place... The town center has statues there facing towards the temples, so maybe it's that?

[ Hearing what Agatsuma says make Yuuji laugh a little. ]

Haha! I thought of this last time too, but you sure get flustered so easily!

[ Well he can definitely say a Buddha statue will look out of place here... but okay, back to work! What did Agatsuma say? Statues of gods? Hmm, there are four gods and if they each have two hands-- HEY. That's eight! ]

Agatsuma!! You're a genius!! [ A firm pat on the back! Well done!! ] Awesome, let's go then!!

[ DASH!!!

Yuuji may or may not have dashed ahead in his normal speed, forgetting about how other people don't run like him... oop. ]

[ Zenitsu would have happily taken that compliment with full-on glee, but whatever fluffy emotions he may have received is obliterated when Yuuji immediately dashes off.

wHAT THE EFF

That's not a normal human dash?! But as far as his ears were picking up, Zenitsu couldn't pick up any demon sounds... Was he a breath user?! ]

W-Wait up!!

[ For a second, he wonders if he should use his Breath of Thunder. He's got his sword and he's able to use the fast step without drawing his sword, but it also creates a really loud sound from the speed...

But he can't lose sight of his new friend, either... ]

Ugh, whatever!

[ He takes a breath in, and dashes to try to catch up with the other. Anyone in the immediate area will hear a booming sound as if a lightning trike fell onto the city somewhere. ]

[ Yuuji was happilly running, running, running... and then when he turned to look at his left side, surprise. Agatsuma wasn't there. Right side, nope. To his back, not there. Oh.

He skids to a stop with a screeching sound. ]

Whoops.

[ He forgot his duckling. So he waits there.

Not long after, though, he can hear a boom of thunder from afar, prompting him to look up to the sky and it looks... normal. Clear blue skies. Hm. ]

That's weird. Wonder if it's a thing here?

[ And a moment after, Zenitsu appears in front of Yuuji, panicked. ]

P-Please let me know beforehand that you're gonna do that?! That surprised me!!!

[ Please signal him!!! So he can prepare his poor heart!!!! ]

[ It's strange how at times when he should feel bad, he'd find Agatsuma's reactions kinda funny. Like now. He can't help but grinning even while apologising. ]

Sorry, sorry! But you caught up way faster than I thought! Fast, ain'cha?

[ In fact, that was lightning fast! ...Oh. Speaking of which-- ]

Didn't you hear a thunder earlier on?

Wha--Thunder?! Where?!

[ Zenitsu looks up at the sky, shrinking away from it for a moment. ]

I don't see any clouds?!

[ You'd think he'd consider his own move that he performed just a moment ago, but he's more worried of the actual weather instead... Look, he's got reasons! ]

[ Yeah, that's what he thought too - clear blue skies and no grey clouds at all! ]

Like somewhere... [ He looks over behind Agatsuma and points far behind them. ] There?

[ But... wait a sec. ]

Huh? Wasn't that the direction where you came from? You didn't hear anything?

Isn't... lightning in brought daylight a sign of bad luck...? Are you trying to freak me out again?

[ Because it's already doing a good job! Why is Zenitsu so dumb... ]

Is it? Wahaha, then maybe you've got a pretty bad luck then, huh?

[ There, there. A condolence pat on his shoulder. ]

Donmai.

[ That's not helping!!! ]

No!!! Don't say stuff like that, please?! I don't want to get hit by a lightning strike again!!!

Again? You mean you've gotten hit by one before?

[ Seriously? Cuz that's pretty cool... ]

[ Oh snap! Zenitsu hesitates for a moment before slowly nodding. ]

Y-yeah...? It was by accident, though... While I was trying to avoid training...

[ It's just scary, he almost died, etc.... He clears his throat nervously to change the topic, because it's always awkward talking about himself.. ]

A-anyways! Uhm, what did the scavenger hunt hint say to do here...?

Heehh!! Cool!!

[ Yuuji wanted to ask more because it's always fun to learn about people, but-- that's right!! They were on a mission!! There'll be another opportunity to ask him! ]

Oh yeah! Uh... "Take a picture with you and a friend emulating their poses", it said here! How do we take a picture with both our hands stretched up?

[ Like it was timed perfectly, an innocent passerby walks past them. Of course Yuuji immediately runs up to them!! ]

Hello!! Can you help take a picture for us?!

[ The robot nods and takes the tablet in their hands, directing Yuuji and Zenitsu where to stand like some pro cameraman. A little to the right, keep your arms straight, don't smile, etc etc. ]

Let's do it Zenitsu!!

[ Excitedely, he beckons Zenitsu as he stands with his back facing the other boy. ]

[ Take a picture... Zenitsu's rarely done photo-taking even after being stuck here for more than just a couple months... He's a little unsure but as Yuuji calls out for him, Zenitsu complies and moves over to where he is.

What is smiling like a normal person for this kid though... Even after getting up to the other's side, he looks gloomy as usual. ]

[ Well, it works this time, because they're supposed to look as cool as the gods, right? That's what the robot told them too - no smiling! So gloomy works! Yuuji, in the meantime, is trying his best not to crack up a smile. Cool face, cool face! Channeling his inner Fushiguro!

Snap! "One more time!" The robot calls out, following with another snap!, and they're done! ]

Thanks!!

[ The robot hands Yuuji back the tablet and pardons themselves out of the way, to which Yuuji happily returns with a wave. Alright! That's one mission down. But they should at least check if it's taken properly, right? ]

Zenitsu, let's check it out! [ Navigating to the photo gallery, Yuuji opens the latest photo and, ] Geh. [ The photo is alright, it covered their whole pose. It's just, he looks. Weird. Gestures at icon. What's this expression. Even if it's from his profile, it's obvious he's making a weird face.

Zenitsu, on the other hand...? ]

[ If he were from the modern alternate universe, he'd definitely make a fuss about their faces looking weird.

But Zenitsu is from Taisho era where he isn't as vain, so he tilts his head in confusion when he hears Yuuji's reaction when checking the photos. ]

Did they not get the statues in?

No, they did, but--

[ Wait a min, Zenitsu looks cool!! (Note: Only in Yuuji's eyes.) ]

UOOOOHH!!! Oi oi, Zenitsu, look! You look really cool here!!!

[ He pulls the blonde closer to him to have a better look at the picture. ]

Big difference than how you usually look, huh! Maybe you're photogenic?!

Huh?

[ Zenitsu blinks because he has no clue what he's talking about, even after looking at the picture... ]

[ ...But Yuuji's compliments get the better of him as he starts giggling in his usual weird giggles, blushing. ]

R-Really??? Do you think I'd be popular with girls if I give them a picture of myself then??

Hmm... nah.

[ それはないな。 ]

I think you did a good job channeling the statues, but I don't think girls like that!

[ Honesty is the best policy. ]

What, you wanna get popular, Zenitsu?

[ oUCH. Thanks. You hurt his poor heart. His happy, light feelings are now dragged straight down to hell. ]

Wha--you didn't mean it?!? I don't wanna be a statue, what the heck!!

Well, it'd be nice to be liked by a lot of people, wouldn't it??

[ He sure doesn't know how it feels to be popular. It must feel nice.

Zenitsu himself knows there are so many flaws about himself, that being popular won't be a thing in his life. But one can't help but wish that, you know? ]
