[ Have a woman with short, red hair wave and then approach you, whether or not she knows you. Her presence is warm, and her smile is even warmer. She offers a hand. Easy enough, right? This is the simplest method to generate some of this contact-energy and get money out of it, too.  ]

[ Zenitsu is happy enough that Prya is treating him for some food, and he keeps smiling like a goof. ]

That's okay! I'm sure it'll be okay! Thank you for treating for food, by the way.

[ Not a lot of people who treat him for food, after all. Either way, Zenitsu will look over the selection of food, and there's so much that he's not quite familiar with. He's at a loss. ]

Uhm... I dunno what to choose, there's so many! I actually like sweet stuff, would you know if any of these are?

Wellll....[ A small grin here, easy-going and just a little playful. ] How hungry are you, exactly?

[ For herself, she'll order a floral tea, but she waits for his answer in the meantime before putting in his order. She has plenty of dora to spare because she's-- uh. She's pretty loaded in terms of Dora. ]

I think I could go for a quick snack, at least!

[ Zenitsu had frequent snacking habits (to the point of stealing from the storage area of where he stayed to recover from injuries before), but otherwise he didn't eat as much as his friends would. ]

[ Don't mind her, she's just selecting a number of small pastries for him to try. It's not as if artificial food is sparse. It can literally be poof'd into existence; even if he should not finish it, it will not be a waste. With Pyra paying for it, the robot behind the counter assembles a tray. ]

Have you tried lemon meringue pie yet?

[zapdope]

[ Zenitsu looks over at Pyra, blinking cluelessly before shaking his head a few times. ]

No, I haven't! Is that your favorite snack? If it is, I'd definitely want to try it!

Not... my favorite snack. [ She gently corrects, but otherwise seems unbothered.

Unbeknownst to him, the logic of her recommendation is fairly simple and whimsical: lemons remind her of his hair color, and such a treat happens to be served in this cafe.]

But I highly recommend it. Ooh, and they serve a big enough piece to share, if you're willing.

[ Zenitsu might have made asked what Pyra's actual favorite dish would be if it weren't for her suggestion. So now he's completely distracted and start blushing like crazy again. ]

Really?! I'd love to, Pyra-chan!!!

[ He momentarily forgets to drop the honorifics. Sorry, Pyra. It's just, you're quickly becoming like a goddess to him. Not only you are willing to hold hands with him, you'd share a treat!! ]

Let's get the lemon meringue pie! I'd love to try it!!

[ He's so happy that he's entire body is practically vibrating in place from glee. ]

[ His reaction-- so earnest as to be endearing. She cannot help but chuckle once, softly at his response. Yet a troubling thought accompanies this: if he's this amazed at being offered a treat from her, what sort of life has he lived before now? She's only being decent to him. ] Saying it like that... I have to ask.

When is the last time you've had any sweets?

[ With the slice of pie ordered (one to share!) she guides him over by the hand to the corner table where they might sit at the booth. ]

Actually, I've had them just before I woke up in this world! Well, I kinda sneaked them out of the kitchen so I was gonna get scolded... [ He gives a laugh at that. ] I'm just super happy we get to share sweets with you!!

[ As he's led to the table, Zenitsu wonders if he should let go. Before coming to this world, no one would ever hold hands with him. No one ever liked him that way, and it made it more apparent by coming to this world. He looks down at the hands, his goofy smile dimming a little. But even he with his silly brain knows they would need to let go if they want to sit down and enjoy some sweets. ]

[ While she notices his glance down towards their held hands, she cannot guess at what he is thinking. Nevertheless, she interprets his expression as one of being pleased, if not moved, by the contact. And so when they do take their seats and eventually must part their hands...

Pyra takes that seat right beside him, close enough so that their upper arms might touch. ] Would this be alright?

[zapdope]

[ HOLY SMOKES!!1 Zenitsu pretty much can only hear his own loud heartbeat. His face is probably back to being bright red, he figures, but that's completely fine. ]

Y-Yes!!?!

[ He feels like he can die happily at this point. ...Someone just have him stop talking please. ]
