PICNIC!!

There hadn't been much prepping he could have done. As far as he could tell, picnics weren't really in-depth events like he was used to back in England. And, even then, he usually had Sebastian organize them.

For the most part, he was leaving food and drinks to everyone that came. He tried to make a back or two of cookies but he didn't find it as fun to make them on his own. Luckily, he was never on his own if he wanted or needed help.

He grabbed a few sheets and blankets from a local store to set out in the grass in case anyone wanted to just relax and talk. The gardens were open so everyone could take walks if they wanted. No doubt, if there were enough people who came, it wouldn't be hard to find other activities to keep them all occupied.

And it was just a nice way to socialize.

Maybe even earn some Dora. Spring in a garden is good for cuddling and all that, right?

"It's always so spicy-!!!" but she isn't going to throw it out because it's rude, so instead she shoves it into her mouth, before quickly reaching for water to try to get rid of the spiciness.

"How can you even eat something like that?"

"Get stronger tastebuds," Katsuki grunts, rolling his eyes and reaching for a small pitcher of milk he brought. He just wishes it was organic.

"I knew at least one idiot would complain. Drink this, it'll help more."

"Anyone would complain!" Mina waves her arms a bit, before she takes the milk and drinks it right away. Once she feels like her tongue is no longer on fire, Mina gasps.

"Ya can't even taste anything!"

"I can taste everything fine," Katsuki scoffs. "Watch."

Grabbing one of the chips, Katsuki dips it and took a bite. He doesn't flinch or blink, but he looks disappointed.

"Bland as hell... Spices are meant to accentuate the best flavors and bring them out. You'd be fine if your tastebuds weren't so weak."

"No, they are meant to burn my tongue and not let me taste a thing." she huffs, reaching for a bun she made after.

"This is why no one would let you cook." back at summer camp, she means.

"Quit complainin'" He grunts, biting into the rest of the bun and finishing it off. "I want another."

"I don't care. I didn't want to cook for all of you anyway!" He might have wanted to.

Mina reaches for a bun, to give it to Katsuki. She is still half-pouting, but at least he likes her buns!

"Well, you tried to explode the oven, so it ain't like you'd get far cooking like that." she just says those things, really...

He takes it and shoves it in his mouth, nearly choking on it at first.

"I can cook with the fire! How would you know?!" He's just being petty.

She rises her eyebrow. "Well, i'd know if you hadn't tried to blow up the oven back at the camp." JUST SAYING.

"I WAS TRYING TO START IT!" He yells before (barely) calming down.

"The oven was crappier than I thought it would be. It's their fault for using something that's garbage."

Mina closes her eyes at the screaming. Gosh boy, she will go deaf.

"maybe you should use your explosions for something else. Like fireworks." still, Mina lays back on the grass, placing her hands behind her back. "Speaking of your quirk, I was thinking of combo moves for the two of us!"

yeah she just does that.
