[True to his word, Katsuki isn't late. He might even be early, because to him this is another competition. His quirk makes traveling easy, and he lands into a crouch by the fountain before standing up and looking for Mina.

The robots aren't that strange. The fact that the city is mainly populated by robots is. And they expect everyone to save the world using physical affection? Is this just some kind of elaborate AI hoax or test? It doesn't add up, and shit that doesn't make sense only pisses Katsuki off more. He's glad Mina's here to investigate with him, and he's glad he ended up here with someone he considers a...friend, and not someone he can't stand. Otherwise, he might really try to blow the whole place up.]

[ unlike Bakugou, Mina doesn't see this as competition! She is using her acid to glide across the snow, but still arrives later than Bakugou . It doesn't stop her from being excited to see him, arms waving as she approaches]

BAKUGOUUU! [ she ends up right in front of him, hands moving up at down]

I'm so glad you are here! I think we are the only ones in this place.

[Katsuki relaxes when he sees Mina in person. She's here, he's not imagining things, it's not an illusion-

His expression tenses up again and he scowls up at the sky.]

Yeah. [He's glad she's here too. In a weird, selfish way.] We would've heard from them by now if they were. Guess it's up to us to blow this place to hell.

[ she nods ] Plus, you can check the tablets they gave us, all people here are listed there, and I couldn't find anyone's na-

[ a pause ]

Investigating and reccon really isn't your thing, isn't it? [ you can't just do things nice and quiet ]

[He's listening to her and. God is he glad he's not stuck with someone like Kaminari.]

HELL NO IT AIN'T, you know what they say: the easiest way to investigate something is to blow up everything in your path!

[ she snorts, but at least tries to hide her chuckle by covering her mouth with her hands ] You sure are flashy!

But did you know, did you know... you get money if you hold hands or cuddle!

[That has him pause. But only for a moment.]

[Katsuki's face goes bright red. He shifts uncomfortably before he awkwardly opens his arms.]

She didn't expect Bakugou to give in, mostly because he is the type to blow everything up rather than giving in. But then again, he has gotten a lot more mellow since the beginning of the year, hasn't he?

...He also probably really wants to go outside.

Mina feels a little awkward for about 3 seconds, before she dives in to hug Bakugou, wrapping her arms around his chest ] Woaaah, I can't even put my arms all the way around! [ Bakugou, you have a huge chest did you know that ]

[He's too busy just trying to stay still and awkwardly put his arms around Mina rather than do what comes naturally and try to punch his classmate when she says that. It takes him a moment to realize what she's implying.]

[They're not, but it's definitely the option he's going with.]

[ she pouts a little and for sure doesn't let go. ] No waaaay, my arms are very strong! I can squeeze to show you, you know? [ she threatens to do that, but her squeeze is pretty soft ]

You just have a monster chest!! [ mina, no ] It's because you train that area a lot, by using your arms all the time.

Bring it! [He shouts, looking at her defiantly and scoffing at her squeezing.

And then she says that and he just. He just stares at her. Because he doesn't know what to say.]

[It takes him a second, but his face goes pink with embarrassment as he begins screaming.]

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN, RACCOON EYES!!! YOU WANNA FUCKING GO?! I'LL CRUSH YOU WITH MY ARMS I USE ALL THE TIME!!!

[ OOPS HE IS REALLY MAD ]

[ Mina is going to take the chance to move from the subject about Bakugou's tits chest, and she will also keep close to him, accepting the proximity. She always thought Todoroki was a hottie, but maybe bakugou isn't so bad when he is looking normal and not like he is about to pop a vein ]

Let's go to the edge of the city and check the barrier out. I'm curious about how they keep it.

[Katsuki keeps close to her. He'd rather do this with someone he knows, and Mina feels kinda nice. She's less obnoxious than Denki, and a lot less awkward about it than he imagines Jirou would be.

He might insult her, but she's cute, and she doesn't take his threats personally.]

[ she gently tugs his arm and eventually his hand, obviously excited. Apart from the Sports Festival, they haven't had a chance to team up again, so she will take this opportunity! In fact, she is already imagining how battling together would go and even cool combo moves ]

I hear outside there are monsters - maybe even godzilla!! So maybe we get to fight some of them? That would be so cool!

[Katsuki makes annoyed faces as he's dragged around. But he would like to see how he does teaming up with Mina as well as fighting against her.]

Godzilla? You serious?! WE COULD MURDER GODZILLA AND ALL THE OTHER SHITTY MONSTERS!!!

YES!!! Someone fought a crazy giraffe of sorts, so there are a bunch of stuff we could fight! [ an actual fight, Mina feels that would be great to hone their skills ]

We just gotta get out there somehow~ [ and with another tug on his hand, Mina starts running. She isn't using her acid to slide because she knows Bakugou wouldn't be able to do the same ]

What the hell are giraffes doing on an alien, robot-inhabited planet?

I could get us there. Can't do much about the atmosp-fuck! [Katsuki wasn't expecting that so he catches himself, grinning as he moves to stay ahead of her.] Run behind me!

I dunno- maybe giraffes are a common animal across the universe! Maybe all aliens are giraffe-like!!!

[ as Bakugou takes the lead, Mina laughs excited, squeezing his hand ]

there, there, over there!!! [ she points at the edge of the city as they approach the barrier - but there will be robots around, so they better be careful not to be found ]

[Katsuki scoffs, glancing down at their hands and slowing down once they reach the barrier.]

It's tall. Only one way to do this-

WAIT, IS THAT HUMAN ASSHOLE TRYING TO BREACH THE BARRIER OVER THERE?!

[Shouting at the top of his lungs, Katsuki points at the opposite side in hopes of distracting the robots.]

[ Mina is about to say something but then Bakugou is s c r e a m i n g

and she just stares at him eyes widen open.

what- ]

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! THEY WILL SEE US!!! [ mina quickly grabs bakugou's arm ]

No, they'll see those people over- Mmph!

[Katsuki glares at Mina, but he doesn't pull away.]

What the hell are you doing?!

You are too obvious!! [ mina is loud AND pink, and she'd still not be this obvious about wanting to climb the wall.

She tugs his hand now ] Shouldn't we find a place where there are no robots, and climb there?

It's a flawless diversion!

[Katsuki glares at her. How dare she.]

Fine, whatever. But if we can't find that let's do it my way!!!

[pinkxeno]

[ pls don't glare!!!

Mina nods ] Okay, okay- let's try stealth first and then we can explode everything, explosion boy!

Exp- CALL ME THAT AND I'LL KILL YOU!!!

[He scoffs, calming down.] We'll have a better idea if we go up. [Since they're already holding hands, he uses his free hand to try and go airborne with Mina toward one of the buildings.]

As Bakugou lifts off the ground, Mina moves from holding his hand to actually get behind him and hold on to his back.

And up she goes!! It's always very exciting when she flies, Mina loves that]

There is a ledge there, I think!

I see it-

[Katsuki keeps his hands as far away from Mina as he can while still keeping them behind him so that they go in the direction he wants, propelling them with his explosions until he lands on the ledge roughly.]

[ although bakugou lands, Mina doesn't let go, and instead she uses his height so to look over outside beyond the wall. But she does see what everyone always told her the outside world is like: wasteland.

That gets her to get off Bakugou and try to lean in, only to be met by the invisible dome that surrounds the whole city. Still, she presses both her hands against it, staring at the outside world. Empty, barren, with grey clouds and a storm further ahead making it impossible to see much further than that. ]

... that's horrible...

[Katsuki starts to complain at first as Mina uses his height, but his words fall silent as he looks and sees it for himself. He doesn't even notice as Mina gets off of him at first, too stunned by the chaotic wasteland that lies beyond the wall.

What the fuck happened?

Katsuki is quiet for a moment, his eyes wide. What would All Might do in a situation like this...?]

That ain't NO MATCH FOR US!!!

[He grins, or bares his teeth anyway, his hands splayed out as he looks at the horrible sight.]

Imagine how many godzillas and giraffes are behind that stupid shitty storm. I can't fucking wait to go out there and conquer this whole world!!!!

[ when Bakugou screams, she looks back at him. No match? it's a gigantic storm and a wasteland, how...

What if they are right and everyone is dead? And there are only mutant creatures?

She looks back at the wasteland, her hand moving on its own to hold on to bakugou's wrist. She doesn't quite realize she is doing it, her worried expression giving it away that his words don't reassure her at all ]

If the whole world is like this... how can we even restore it?

[Katsuki doesn't stop her. This isn't a bunch of villains, or some other type of chaos. This is just...emptiness. It's terrifying.

He refuses to show that, but having physical contact as proof Mina is there is...reassuring. Even though the doubts grow louder in his head as he looks at her worried expression. He narrows his eyes and tenses his jaw.]

There's a ground still under our feet, ain't there?! There's a sky. As long as there's a world to restore, we can restore it and we will! Even if we have to hug every bastard here! We'll save it with explosions, murder and- AND THE BEST FUCKING HAND-HOLDING IN THE WORLD!!!

[Before seeing what was outside, he honestly didn't give a shit what happened to this place. But now...

Now he has to do something. He turns to face Mina, scowling.]

So I don't wanna hear no more how's or can we or none of that shit! We're heroes!

[pinkxeno]

[ mina looks back at him, blinking. bakugou sure is something when it comes to being positive, isn't he?

Explosions and hamd-holding. Hopefully not the two at the same time. And that is when Mina realizing she is holding on tightly to Bakugou's wrist, and finally Mina relaxes her fingers ]

yeah...

YEAH! WE ARE! [ Mina rises both her hands - bringing along Bakugou's arms - up to the sky ] We will save this world, like heroes!!!

Katsuki's eyes widen when she raises his arms with hers. The nerve, but ah...what the hell. He grits his teeth and shouts at the sky.]

AND MURDER GODZILLA!!!!

[ mina laughs, screaming after ]

AND FIGHT GODZILLA!!

[ and while those two idiots are screaming at the world with their hands raised, standing on top of the wall... the robots are finally there staring at them. ]

You can't be here!

[ OOPS ]

[Katsuki doesn't hear them at first, but he glances down after a second, his grin morphing into a scowl as he leans over the edge and starts shouting.]

WE CAN GO WHEREVER THE HELL WE WANT!!! YOU WANNA COMPLAIN ABOUT IT, METAL MORONS?! LET'S SEE YOU FIND A WAY UP HERE!

No- nonono! [ mina does NOT want to fight natives!

So she quickly moves to climb onto Bakugou's back ] Fly or they will catch us!!

What are you- [Katsuki grumbles, looking over his shoulder.]

From up here?! It ain't like they can fly!

They can climb up the wall! [ Mina knows because she has seen them doing it many times now.

She impatiently pats his shoulders, still on katsuki's back ] Go go go!!

Since whe-

[And now they're climbing up the wall.]

Bastards. Fine, but you owe me! [Without warning and a piercing explosion, Katsuki flies off with Mina in tow.]

TRY BEING FASTER, MORONS!!!

[ mina gasps, holding tighter as katsuki blasts off, looking back at the robots and the wall one last time. She braces for impact - for katsuki to land actually - closing her eyes hard but with a grin on her face ]

Don't drop me!

I ain't gonna fucking drop you!

[Katsuki rolls his eyes, using a few more blasts to get far enough before he lands roughly.]

They still after us?

[ so loud! No wonder Bakugou screams a lot, how else would he be heard?

Mina turns to look back, seeing the distance between them and the wall becoming greater. The robots are there, but they don't seem to be chasing them, so she turns to Bakugou again ] No, they stood behind!

[Exactly, Mina! Screaming is the pragmatic choice.]

Then get off my fucking back and we'll run! They ain't gonna be able to catch up with us.
