♥ Who: Lup + Close CR (who will be contacted! <3)
♥ Where: Lup's house
♥ When: start of August
♥ What: A ladies (kinda) night, the redux!
♥ Rating: PG and up, probably
Those who Lup deigned to grace with an invitation will receive one at random: that at the recipient's convenience if they so desire, they are invited to join her in what she is calling (without explanation) a Pocket Dimension Party. As per the instructions, any time within the next 24 hours, they can enter through the garden back door and "find the cat".
Should one accept the invitation and follow those instructions, they can find Ditto curled up in the grass beside the house, dozing, though at the arrival of any visitor he perks up and stretches. Rubbing up against their legs, Ditto will head over to a section of the wall and paw at a corner, until a door abruptly glimmers into existence and opens for him. He meows plaintively and waits. Go on in! Just close the door behind you.
Inside the doorway, visitors will find… a mansion. Elaborately decorated, warm, and inviting, it is like entering a rich and immaculate house that someone's taken a lot of time and TLC to make perfect. No one greets them as they enter, but if they call for attention and no one is in the immediate vicinity, a semi-transparent spectral servant will arrive and guide them to Lup. Otherwise, they are free to explore the house and make use of the facilities as they please.
The following areas are available:
More details to be added as needed! This is a mingle free-for-all, there is no set schedule. Visitors can come and go as they please for 24 hours, and at the end of the spell anyone still inside will be summarily booted out into the garden.

The following areas are available:
- An extravagant entrance hall with soft wood paneling and fancy art on the walls
- A lounge area with big fluffy couches, pillows, and blankets, as well as a projection screen that works with communicators and whatever digital media Lup is familiar with, or a music mix in lieu of said media being played
- A full-service kitchen and dining area, where a collection of spectral servants (features to be determined) will upon request cook any meal a person desires, assuming they (and by association Lup) are familiar with the recipe and ingredients. It's all delicious, too!
- A sizable basement with regenerating training dummies, various targets, and more servants who will act as moving targets on request. They can't be hurt, but they can move around freely.
- A big and beautiful spa with all the soaps and pampering material that anyone could ask for
- A "pet room", AKA a room devoted to toys, climbing shelves, cat trees- whatever an animal might want to stay entertained for hours unsupervised

And then promptly rolls over and leans backwards, pretty much draping herself over Honerva's head and back whether she likes it or not.]
Whaaaaat are you doing. Seriously.
no subject
I'm studying.
[ Obviously... ]
Why? What's with that tone?
no subject
[Honestly, what does she think the tone is for.]
no subject
... You say that as though we have not sat upon the floor before, to make ourselves cozy. Is it so different now?
no subject
[She leans a bit more heavily on Honerva, arms spread and lifted outwards.]
This beautiful room! With beautiful cushions and beautiful couches! In my beautiful house! And you do this to me.
no subject
[ She has to adjust her own hair for the way it's getting shoved into her face and the way Lup seems to not be relenting on this... and exhales softly. ]
All right, I give. I'll come up and join you.
no subject
Good. Life is better with only a moderate amount of bullying.
no subject
[ But, she's accepted this, as she pulls herself to sit snugly to the space just behind her on the side of the couch, allowing Lup to resume her draping in a more reasonable sort of way. ]
So, are you satisfied with your house?
no subject
[Not entirely true, but she seems awfully pleased with herself, and she does sprawl comfortably against Honerva's shoulder, less invasive but no less cozy.]
no subject
[ The escape it offered from a rather invasive planet, the plans they'd made, and the fact that they were still working on them. It was a good feeling, to be back in this house and reflect on that progress. ]
no subject
[With a day skipped here and there to recharge. Sometimes she just picked a broom closet on the Starblaster and that became their kitchen, on the uninhabitable worlds where they could do nothing but stick it out and wallow in helplessness until the year ended. But... there's good memories. Yeah, plenty of good memories here.]
I'd like a big house for real, when we get back to Faerun. With even more rooms than this, a bigger spa, fancier furniture... I want it all.
[A body, first. But this too, for sure.]
no subject
[ Does the sappiness ever cease on this ride? No, it does not. ]
It goes on the list with properly reuniting you with your family and saving the world.
no subject
[She stretches her legs out across the rest of the couch, her head comfortably pillowed in Honerva's lap.]
I mean, yes remind me about family, but not so much about the world-saving. I think after that round, I want a vacation. The world should learn how to save itself already!
no subject
If that is the case, then... how do you envision such a vacation?
[ This was a woman who had to be dragged into learning what breaks were. ]
no subject
[She tilts her head, the movement very slight as if she can't decide if it's better to move away from the tousling of her hair or indulge in the touch. It feels nice, but she has appearances to keep up!]
I never had a chance to properly tour Faerun, so I guess my first order should be to see the place properly. Sure, I saw plenty from you-know-where, but it was hard to get a decent grasp on the scenery when I was blocked by Taako's ass half the time.
[It wasn't even an ass she could admire, which made it doubly unfair.]
no subject
Yes, you will definitely need to gain a better view of the world. That knowledge can also help you decide where you want our house to be.
no subject
Our house... well, it's gotta have enough rooms to accommodate everyone I wanna let crash there, and spread out enough that I won't wake up the whole building when I destroy Barold in bed as soon as I get my body back.
[Zero shyness about that fact. She is going to r u i n that poor man.]
no subject
I see. So nothing less than a mansion, then. Or perhaps a palace.
no subject
[How would they get a palace? She has no idea. If they save the world it might cancel out the fact that they nearly destroyed it, but she doesn't expect them to win big points otherwise. Maybe bounty hunting for the Raven Queen pays big enough bucks to afford a house...]
no subject
You'd have a grand time decorating such a place. Realistically, we could find something with enough space to alter based on requirement. There must be places around like that, perhaps emptied or abandoned that are ... just waiting to be restored.
no subject
[At least with this last fight it'll finally be over.]
no subject
[ Which was short-sighted on her part; her most recent experiences with houses was the fact that the natives had all these empty ones for them here. ]
I trust that you will know what it is you are looking for when the time comes. To make new meaning of what is there, as you often do.
no subject
[That's the joy of being an elf, alongside lich and slightly-immortal. Lifespan isn't a huge issue anymore. Though... Barry. They'll have to figure something out with Barry.]
I think it'd be nice to build a place, actually. Not just picking up someone's dregs... we've done that our whole lives. Hundreds of years and we've never had a home that was ours, y'know?
no subject
... You're right, of course. Besides, it is our future we are building. Plan your designs and we will see them through.
[ The more they could visualize it, the more real it would be, right? ]
no subject
[Not like they don't have time for it here, either.]
What about you? What're your goals for the future? You'll have to come up with something to do with yourself.
