Yeah...? It felt easy enough for him to say it in relation to other people, but the way it sounds coming from Kai feels a little different. Shinji just kind of takes it in quietly. He's never been one to let himself really do things just to be able to enjoy them, but Havenwell's given him plenty of time and space to explore having hobbies for the sake of having them. No one else's expectations to try and meet. It's... interesting.
