It was strange, feeling that familiar hand so small in his own, but it wasn't as strange as it had been months ago when he'd first turned around to find his brother so young. And really...it didn't matter. Edmund was Edmund and Peter treasured the times when his usually so stoic brother sought out attention.

I found a tree. It's very young yet, but I'm fairly certain it's an apple tree. Silly thing was growing in a crack in the road stone between two buildings! I managed to work it free and replant it in a rubbish bin, but I worry it won't fit there for long.
