I'll tell you what I can about them, for sure. I don't really know that you could call it manifesting, but there are things that happen that seem to help them out.

I doubt you could.. it belonged to my dad. He gave it to me when I was twelve. Kind of like a 'welcome to the club' gift. I'd always liked it, anyway.
