Meditation is an important part of dealing with them. At least, that is what I have found from my experience. If you have ever wondered why there are so many little gardens and tucked away corners in the Citadel, there is your answer. Sometimes, when someone being particularly loud, it is prudent to talk a short walk through one of the gardens on the way to a meeting in order to listen. I have heard tales that some of them apparently have favorite spots they have visited over the generations. None have been so particular with me, but perhaps they realize I don't have the time others have had to wander.
