Ardbert lifts his head to watch Era feed the two of them, then puts Hythlo down before he starts squirming to get free even before Era finishes feeding the others. Hythlo sits next to Ardbert patiently although not quietly, wiggling with excitement. That leaves Ardbert grinning and able to fully watch Peki and Seto eat their treats.

"Look at this good boy," Ardbert gestures to Hythlodaeus standing next to him, who gwees and flutters all of his wings in excitment.
