He watched as only the bottom half of the fingers in the gloves plump up, leaving a large empty area at the top. Oh well, they were what he had for now.

"I'm cutting a patch to size. This hole is too big to simply fill it in." Which didn't take too long as he applied the patch over the small hole like a sticker, flatting it with his hand. Then, he pulled over a small bucket-like container. "Then you apply spackle over it."

Tugging open the lid, he pulled out a small putty knife. Even though he didn't have an extra pair of gloves for this, he was fastidious enough to scoop up a small bit of spackle and apply it to the wall, flattening it before offering her the handle of the putty knife. "You cover it completely and sand it down once it has dried. That will take some time, so for now we'll simply get it covered."
